We strive to equip young people with the knowledge and skills to survive, care for, and study nature in a wild setting. Everything that we do in the outdoors builds each youngster's physical/mental strength, confidence, and character that carry over into their daily lives. Students will be doing hands-on activities that require interaction between them and the natural world at every meeting. We are confident that youngsters will greatly benefit from spending time outdoors in wild nature by being members of our club and you never know, skills that we cover could actually even save your child's or whole families lives some day.
Participation is completely free, but families are encouraged to donate $20.00 at each meeting to the program (Coyote Club runs off of donations), if they are financially able to do so. To join, simply email us through the contact page that you are interested and we will send you a short registration form to fill out and bring with you to the next meeting. You must also let us know which meetings you are coming to, so we can be sure to have plenty of materials on hand for you and your child. Parents are not required to attend with their children, but are certainly welcome to if they would like to do the activities as a family unit.
